Return & Refund Policy
At Kendravor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Returns are accepted for size exchanges, defective products, or change of mind (subject to restocking fee if applicable).
- Personalized or final-sale items are non-returnable.
How to Return
- Contact us at support@kendravor.com with your order number.
- We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
